Fire Cider is a good place to start at the first signs of a cold/flu. It can also be taken as a preventative measure during cold & flu season. You can take it alone or mix it into a drink.
Ingredients: onion, garlic, horseradish root, ginger root, jalapeno peppers, lemons, turmeric, cayenne, rosemary, and apple cider vinegar.
Shake well before each use. Use by or before June 2024.
Avoid use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
