Shungite - (Medium) - Smooth
Shungite is a black, lustrous, non-crystalline mineraloid consisting of more than 98 weight percent of carbon. It was first described from a deposit near Shun'ga village, in Karelia, Russia, from where it gets its name. Shungite is sometimes called the "Stone of Life" due to it's healing and antibacterial properties. Many people use shungite to create a healing spa in the home by placing it in some water to purify and charge the water with cleansing energy. Shungite is also considered to be unique for its healing properties. It is said to eliminate and absorb all that imposes a hazard on people and living beings, but to concentrate and restore all that is helpful for a human being, and also to shield harmful electromagnetic radiation of any origin like computers, microwave ovens, TV sets, mobile phones and others.
