Before you make your purchase (in particular for skin care, bath and candle items) we do advise you read all the information on usage, and how to get the proper results from your products and ingredients. This information is available on our product listing pages, as well as a specific section on proper candle burning tips.
If your package arrives with damages to the exterior and/or interior of the parcel, we require notice within 7 days of package delivery. In order to receive replacement merchandise, we require documentation (email, photos) detailing the nature of the damage. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange replacement.
Exchanges/Returns for Store Credit
Due to the nature of our products and matters of hygiene and public safety, we cannot allow certain items to be returned (including, but not limited to, face and body products, candles, incense, earrings, etc.). We cannot guarantee the purity once it has left our facility and returned, thus it cannot be resold. Special care is taken to ensure your products arrive to you in good condition.
We understand that each situation is different, and we do approach it individually. Please contact us to discuss your unique product return.
Should you have any concerns with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase so that we can help. If a return is needed and authorized by us, we will give you information on how to return the item. We will issue you store credit once the item is received back to us. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Unauthorized returns will be discarded and credits will NOT be issued.
All sales/clearance items are FINAL SALE.
NO REFUNDS or class substitutions will be given. If you are unable to attend the workshop for the date you purchased, seats are transferrable should you find someone to attend in your place (please notify us ASAP so we can update the facilitator).
All return shipping on change of mind or incorrect purchase is done at the customer’s own expense. If there is a defect, we will cover the return shipping costs to replace your product.
We try our best to accurately depict the colour, texture and sizes of our products online. Unfortunately, colour calibrations of a monitor vary by device.
