Thank you for shopping with Purely Wicked! Please take a moment to review our shipping policies and procedures before placing your order.
❄️WINTER FREEZE POLICY – DECEMBER TO MARCH
Many of our sprays, mists, and botanical liquids contain water, aloe, hydrosols, or witch hazel. These ingredients can freeze in transit during extreme cold months, especially in unheated mail trucks or community mailboxes.
Purely Wicked is not responsible for damage caused by freezing, including cracked glass, leaking, or separation.
Customers assume all risk when ordering water-based products during winter.
To reduce risk, we recommend:
• ❄️ Selecting Local Pickup (St. Thomas, ON)
• ❄️ Avoiding delivery to community mailboxes
• ❄️ Bringing packages indoors as soon as possible after delivery
We do not refund or replace items damaged by extreme weather.
Order Processing Times
All orders require 24–72 hours to be picked, packed, and prepared for shipping. Most orders are processed and shipped within this time frame, depending on order volume and product availability.
We currently ship three days a week – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Some items are made fresh to order, which may cause a brief delay in shipping to ensure product quality.
Shipping Methods
We ship all orders via courier. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped—please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Local Delivery
Within 17 km of our store (St. Thomas, ON)
- Free delivery on orders over $50
- $20 flat rate on orders under $50
- Delivered every 2–3 business days
London, ON
- Free delivery on orders over $125
- $20 flat rate on orders under $125 (3–5 business days)
- $30 flat rate for express delivery (1–2 business days)
In-Store Pickup

Orders are typically ready within 48 hours. You’ll be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup (please check your junk mail just in case). Be sure to check our current store hours for pickup times.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
Ontario:
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150 (before tax and after discounts)
- $20 flat rate for orders under $150
- Express shipping: Add $25
- Estimated delivery: 3–9 business days
🚨 Remote Locations: Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas in Ontario or elsewhere in Canada. We will contact you via email if your address is flagged as remote. In some cases, shipping may not be possible at all, and a full refund will be issued.
Please note: Orders shipped to destinations in remote locations, hard-to-reach areas, or postal codes subject to carrier remote-area surcharges (for example, many addresses in Atlantic Canada & Newfoundland/Labrador) may incur an additional shipping fee. We will notify you if this applies and obtain your approval before charging.
Undeliverable Packages: In the event that your package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will issue a refund for your order less the applicable return shipping charges.
Remote Provinces (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut)
- $75.00 Flat Rate for all orders
🚨 Remote Locations: Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas in Ontario or elsewhere in Canada. We will contact you via email if your address is flagged as remote. In some cases, shipping may not be possible at all, and a full refund will be issued.
Undeliverable Packages: In the event that your package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will issue a refund for your order less the applicable return shipping charges.
Rest of Canada:
- Free standard shipping on orders over $200
- $25 flat rate for orders under $200
- Express shipping: Add $25
- Estimated delivery: 3–9 business days

United States Shipping (*ON HOLD)
- $30 CAD flat rate for standard shipping
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
Please note: Duties, taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused and returned to us, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships. Contact us if you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of the shipping notification.
-Insurance & Signature Confirmation (Canada Post only): Available upon request for an additional charge.
- Unclaimed packages: If a package is returned due to non-delivery or refusal, we can either reship it (shipping fees apply) or restock it with a 20% restocking fee.
- Customer shipping accounts: We do not use third-party shipping accounts.
We reserve the right to change shipping carriers if an equal or better service is available at the time of shipping.
Returns & Damages
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at shipping@purelywicked.ca within 24 hours with your order number and photos of the damage.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted on candles, powders, minerals, or skincare items. Once these items leave our facility, we cannot guarantee purity and therefore cannot resell them.
Each situation is handled with care and consideration. If a return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns will be discarded, and no refund or credit will be issued.
