Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Local Delivery (within 17km)
- Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 (within 17km of the store).
- $20 flat rate applies to orders under $50.
- Deliveries are made every 2-3 business days.
Local Delivery to London, ON
- Free shipping is available for orders over $125.
- $20 flat rate applies to orders under $125 (3-5 business days).
- $30 flat rate for express shipping (1-2 business days).
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup available at 633 Talbot St, St. Thomas, ON. Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready. Please make sure to check your junk mail as sometimes your confirmation email may go there. Check our updated store hours for pick up times.
Domestic Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping is available in Ontario for orders over $150 and Express shipping is an additional $20.00.
- $25 flat rate applies to orders under $150 and $25 for Express Shipping.
- Estimated delivery times are 3 to 9 business days.
- Free standard shipping is available for the rest of Canada for orders over $200, and additional $25 for express shipping.
- $25 flat rate applies for orders under $150 and $25 for express shipping.
- Estimated delivery times are 3-9 business days.
International Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping rates apply for all US orders of $30.
- Estimated delivery times are 5 to 10 business days.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shipping@purelywicked.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Should something be wrong with your order please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase so that we can help, shipping@purelywicked.ca If a return is needed and authorized by us, we will give you an RMA number to return the item. Unauthorized returns will be discarded, and credits will NOT be issued.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at shipping@purelywicked.ca, including your order number and photos of the item condition.
