☀️ Summer Shipping Notice ☀️
The summer heat has arrived, and while we love warm days, some of our handcrafted apothecary creations... not so much.
Many of our products are made with natural butters, waxes, and oils, which means they can soften or melt when exposed to prolonged high temperatures during transit. Because we want your order to arrive in the best possible condition, we'll be taking a few extra precautions throughout the summer months.
To help protect your order:
- 📦 We will be shipping orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only whenever possible. This helps reduce the chance of packages sitting in hot delivery trucks or warehouses over the weekend.
- 🌡️ During periods of extreme heat, we may choose to delay shipping by a day or two if we believe temperatures could damage your order. We know waiting isn't always fun, but we'd much rather send your treasures safely than have them arrive melted.
While we carefully monitor the weather and use our best judgment when shipping, please note that once a package leaves our hands, we cannot control the conditions it experiences during transit. If possible, we recommend tracking your shipment and bringing it indoors as soon as it is delivered, rather than allowing it to sit outside in the heat.
